The College of Continuing Education & Vocational Education of Fujian University of Technology offers management and teaching in various aspects of continuing education, including adult higher education, vocational training, self-study examination, and non-academic education. The college provides a Youth League Committee, Teaching Department, Training Department and Enrollment Department (including the Office of Self-study Examination) supported by the excellent faculty, advanced research and experimental equipment of FJUT.

Adult higher education offers 24 correspondence course majors for both undergraduates and specialty students. With 22 of the majors in the system reform experimental unit for undergraduate students in higher education self-study examination, the school operates on many levels. At present, there are more than 6,600 undergraduate students enrolled in adult higher education and over 1,288 students in higher education self-study examination. A total of 20,000 undergraduates and specialty students have graduated from the college. By undertaking the tasks of training and skill identification for the Provincial Department of Personnel, Provincial Department of Labor, and Social Security, the college has brought more than 20,000 people to the workforce.
