Associate Professor Xiao Hang with a Master’s Degree, is the head of Principles of Marx Office, a Communist Party member. He engages in the Marx theory, innovative thinking, life education and administration research, mainly responsible for teaching following coursesBasic Principles of Marxism,Creative Thinking Training,Principles of Public Administration,Public Ethicsand other courses. During his work, Professor Xiao has made outstanding achievements on teaching and scientific research. He won Outstanding Teacher Award of Chenzhou city of Hunan Province, awarded once by the government, the second prize of Colleges and Universities Lecture Competition in Fujian province, excellent students of school backbone philosophy social science teachers of Fujian Province, the school outstanding Party member, teachers’ union activist. He also has been evaluated for good by school teaching supervision of 2009～2012 each academic year, rewarded as outstanding teacher for College Students’ Scientific Festival for 6 consecutive years from 2005 to 2010, excellent instructor for students' Culture and Art Festival for 2 consecutive years in 2006 and 2007, outstanding teacher honor for university students summer social practice for 4 consecutive years from 2008 to 2011. In recent years, Professor Xiao has presided over and participated more than 20 projects in national, provincial, departmental and other levels; has published more than 30 papers, 2 monographs, co-edited 3 teaching materials. His papers won different awards of the national, provincial and departmental level.
