He published College Students' Psychological Health and Ability, College Students' Psychological Health Guidance, edited Occupation Ethics and Employment Guidance, Military Theory Course, and participated in the edition of International Current Affairs Education and other extracurricular education materials. He also published more than 30 papers in Marx Doctrine and Reality, University Journals and other publications, some of which gained the national research, provincial research award.

Professor Yang has participated in one National Social Science Planning Research, and got involved in many social science research projects at provincial, departmental, and university level.
