Prof. Dr. Yu Kai, Senior Economist received Bachelor Degree from Dept. of Business and Economics of Renmin University of China in July, 1990. After graduation, he was assigned post in Fuzhou Department Store Group. In Jan.1993, he was transferred to the provincial Commission for Restructuring the Economic Systems. In 1997, he passed the public cadre selection of Vice Director-level and was transferred to another post as vice president of a department in provincial building materials holding company directly under the provincial government. In Jan. 2005, he transferred to Dept. Economics and Management of FJUT. He has the experiences of operation management in large state-owned enterprises and basic units of state-owned enterprises, and therefore acquaints with the management and operation of enterprises.

Prof. Yu published 3 monographs of Management as single author. He was the deputy editor of an undergraduate textbook and also published nearly 40 papers in CN as single author with nearly 20 core journals, 3 CSSCI. Five of them were reprinted by RDFY. Prof. Yu has presided in 3 projects at departmental and municipal level too.
