Prof. Dr. Li Jie, from Chaohu, Anhui Province, is Registered Supervising Engineer, Registered Costs Engineer and 1st Class Registered Constructor. Graduated from Anhui University of Science and Technology in 1991, he obtained Master Degree in Engineering from Hefei University of Technology in June, 2004 and Doctor Degree in Engineering from Huaqiao University with the major of Structural Engineering in June, 2011. Prof.Li is the Council Member of Fujian Insurance Institute and Fujian Construction Costs Association.

Prof. Li has been long engaged in teaching and scientific research of Engineering Management. His major research directions are Engineering Project Management and Engineering Insurance. He has presided and participated in more than 30 teaching and scientific research projects at provincial, departmental and college level. He took part in the construction of 1 national Excellent Curriculum and 3 provincial Excellent Curriculums. Prof. Li published more than 50 papers with 3 CSSSI and over 10 papers in core journals. He is the editor and subeditor of 1 textbook respectively and has won the Excellent Teacher of Anhui Province in 2004 and Excellent Youth Backbone Teacher of Anhui Province in 2005. In recent years, Prof. Li has also involved in the counseling of qualification examination for Registered Costs Engineer and Registered Constructor.
