Prof. Liang Shuiyuan, from Wenxi, Shanxi Province, graduated fromDepartment of Finance and Public Finance in Shanxi Finance and Economics University in Aug.1982. Prof. Liang has been long dedicated to the teaching and innovative researches of Accounting Theory, Financial Management and Auditing.

The current research directions of Prof. Liang are the Accounting Theory and Enterprise Management in America. He published 125 papers with 40 CSSCI and core journals. Among them, Situation Analysis of Parties in Accounting Information Distortion won the Third Prize in 2002 Essays of Specialized Committee on Coal, ASC and Memorial Prize in Award Presentation Ceremony by periodical office for Finance & Accounting Guide of RDFY in Nov.2004. This paper published inFriends of Accountingin Feb.2004. Several papers were reprinted by RDFY.Accounting Researchpublished his Content Analysis and Model Study on Moral Education of the Accounting Profession in Nov.2006. This paper won the Second Prize in Social Science of Yantai City in June, 2007 and Second Prize in Social Science of Higher School in Shangdong Province in Oct.2007.Economic Research Guidepublished his Strategic Thinking on Continued Promotion of the Agricultural Cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan Provinces in June, 2009 and this paper won provincial Excellent Award in 2009 Excellent Achievements of United Front Theory from United Front Work Department of provincial Party Committee. Prof. Liang also published monographs and textbooks for a total of 10.

Prof. Liang has been engaged in university education for 30 years and successively taught Budget Accounting, Bank Accounting, Fundamental Accounting,Intermediate Financial Accounting, Advanced Accounting, Financial Management,Intermediate Financial Management, Accounting English,Financial Accounting Analogue Experimentation, Intermediate Financial Accounting in English Version, Fundamental Accounting in English Version, Financial Management in English Version. He won the Excellent Award for teaching and the honorary title of Excellent Teacher many times. As the director of Fundamental Accounting and Financial Management, the two curriculums won provincial Excellent Curriculum in 2007 and 2011 separately.
